Wedding Catering in Cold Springs.
Paisan's has carried wedding buffets to venues all over the map since 1995, and Cold Springs, about 20 miles out, is squarely in that territory.
The high valley on 395 north, past Peavine's shoulder. White Lake spreads across the valley floor in wet years and vanishes in dry ones.
A hometown wedding keeps everything close: the venue, the guests, and the kitchen. In-town dates get the most scheduling flexibility on the calendar and the shortest hot-box rides in the fleet.
Build the buffet like the locals do: pick an entree pair (tri-tip and chicken at $27.99, ribs and chicken at $25.99, or up to filet and lobster at market price), choose three sides and a bread, then decide on china versus the included plasticware. Tax, labor, and gratuity ride on top; the quote spells all of it out.
On the day, hot boxes and chafers keep the kitchen's timing intact from Longley Lane to the venue door. Staffed buffet, tri-tip carved on site, and quiet cleanup are all part of the wedding package conversation.
Cold Springs and Bordertown backyards host weddings with Peterson Mountain filling the horizon. Being twenty minutes out keeps every service window relaxed.
“Mike catered my daughter Chelsea and her husband Trent's wedding two years ago! Guests kept raving about the food! They said it was the best food they've ever had at a wedding!… The venue was an hour from Reno, and he took great care of us!”
