Agreement to these terms

By using paisanscatering.com (the “Site”) you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Site. The Site is operated by Paisan’s Old World Deli & Catering of Reno, Nevada.

What the Site is for

The Site describes our deli, menus, catering, banquet room, food truck, and mobile pub, and lets you send us inquiries and join our Specials Club. You agree to use it lawfully, to submit accurate information in forms, and not to probe, disrupt, scrape at abusive volume, or misuse the Site, its forms, or its chat.

Menus, prices, and availability

We update menu items and prices regularly (each menu page shows when prices were last updated), but prices and availability are subject to change without notice, items sell out, and the printed menu and counter pricing at the deli control if there’s ever a difference. A price on this Site is not a binding offer.

Online ordering

Pickup orders are placed through our online ordering platform (Ordereze); payment happens on that platform's secure checkout, and card numbers are never sent to or stored on our servers. Delivery apps (such as Uber Eats or DoorDash) apply their own pricing and policies. Delivery from the deli requires a $10.00 minimum order plus a $10.00 delivery charge, and same-day lunch delivery works best when ordered before 10am.

Catering quotes and events

Catering arrangements — menus, headcount, pricing, delivery or service times, staffing, rentals, deposits, and cancellation terms — are confirmed in your written quote or invoice, which is the agreement that governs your event. Information on this Site about catering options and starting prices is descriptive and does not replace your quote. Banquet-room reservations are confirmed by the deli directly.

Food allergies and consumer advisory

Our kitchen handles wheat, gluten, dairy, eggs, nuts, soy, fish, and shellfish. We offer gluten-free options but we are not a certified allergen-free facility, so please call (775) 826-9444 about serious allergies before ordering. Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish, or eggs may increase your risk of foodborne illness, especially if you have certain medical conditions.

Our content

The text, photography, logos, and design of this Site belong to Paisan’s or are used with permission, and may not be copied for commercial use without our written consent. Customer review excerpts are quoted from public review platforms and remain the words of their authors.

Links and third parties

Links to ordering platforms, review sites, maps, and social media are provided for convenience. We don’t control those services and aren’t responsible for their content or practices.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the Site itself. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of the Site (as distinct from food and catering services, which are governed by your order, quote, or invoice) will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100). Nothing in these terms limits liability that Nevada law does not allow to be limited.

Indemnity

If you misuse the Site or violate these terms and that causes a third-party claim against us, you agree to defend and hold us harmless from that claim.

Governing law and venue

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any dispute about the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Washoe County, Nevada.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time; the effective date above shows the current version. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated terms.
