Catering policy: Good news is on the venue's own paperwork (CA State Parks event program; independent caterers document working it routinely). Outside catering is permitted, which puts the menu entirely in your hands.
State-park venues mean bring-everything-in service, and the crew packs accordingly: every table, chafer, and trash bag rides in with the food and rides out after.
