Who owns Paisan's?
The short answer: Mike and Angela Angelis, who opened it in the spring of 1995 and still run it with family at the counter.
Half the menu is named for family members. Mike calls himself a proud Greco Roman: Greek father, Italian mother, and the menu proves both.
