How far in advance should we book wedding catering?
The short answer: Summer Saturdays often book close to a year out. Off-season and weekday weddings have far more room.
The date conversation costs nothing, and a 25% deposit is what actually locks the calendar. If your date is soon, call anyway; cancellations happen.
