Do you cater graduation parties?
The short answer: Every June, by the dozen: backyard buffets, taco spreads, sandwich trays, and the food truck for the big ones.
Book spring dates a few weeks ahead: UNR's May commencement and the June high-school weekends stack the calendar fast, and open-house drop-by crowds are easier to feed from trays than plated seats.
